APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92238
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
15th day of November 2022 Snug Harbor
Water Co-op of Zephyr Cove, Nevada
made application to the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission to change the point
of diversion, place and manner of use of
0.0053 c.f.s., 1.74 a.f.a., a portion of water
heretofore appropriated under Claim V02147,
Certificate 349. Water will be diverted from
North Logan Creek at a point located within
Lot 3 Section 34, T14N, R18E, MDB&M or
at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said
Section 34 bears N 21 degrees 07 minutes
E, a distance of 3,665.4 feet (approx. 5 miles
South of Glenbrook, NV). Water will be used
for quasi-municipal purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year. The
existing point of diversion was located within
the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 14, T14N, R18E,
MDB&M. Water was used for irrigation, stock
watering and domestic purposes from May 1st
to October 15th of each year.
