VALIDITY OF TRUST

1. The HAROLD AND JUDITH HULL FAMILY

TRUST (the “Trust”) was created by HAROLD

LESLIE HULL JUNIOR and JUDITH SUSAN

HULL on July 23,2020.

2. Upon the death of the surviving Trustor of

the Trust, JUDITH SUSAN HULL, on December

8, 2021, the Trust became irrevocable.

3. The name, mailing address and telephone

number of the Trustee is: JAQUELINE

DENISE MCGEE, 3B5S ZEOLITE CIRCLE,

WELLINGTON, NEVADA 89444, 775-560-8891.

4. THADDEUS JAY DAVIES is NOT a Current

Beneficiary (as that term is defined in the

Trust Agreement). 6.3(C)(i)

5. Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes section

164.021, no person upon whom notice is served

pursuant to this section may bring an action to

contest the validity of the trust more than 120

days from the date the notice is served upon the

person, unless the person proves that he or she

did not receive actual notice.
