Notice is hereby given that petitioner Darci Aube, by and through her attorney John S. Bartlett, Esq., has filed in this court a petition for the probate of the Last Will and Testament of Diane Marie Davis, for the issuance of Letters Testamentary, and for Regular Administration of the estate of Diane Marie Davis, deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 11th day of April, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court, 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
