Notice is hereby given that the undersigned are the duly appointed and qualified co-trustees of the ELI Z. GROENENDYKE TRUST (U/D/T: April 12, 2001, as amended). Eli Zacharia Groenendyke, also known as Eli Z. Groenendyke, or, Eli Groenendyke, the settlor of that trust, died on December 8, 2021. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2(a)). A creditor having a claim against the settlor must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2(b)). A creditor having a claim against the settlor and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2)(c)).Ā
