NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that ELIZABETH A. DIAZ is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Eichar Living Trust, dated May 31, 2018, and any amendments thereto. Settlor RAYMOND L. EICHAR died on June 11, 2020. Settlor and surviving spouse, MARY E. EICHAR, died on May 30, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate(s) must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this Notice.
