Heritage Park Pavilion Re-Roof

Advertisement for Bids

1. Sealed Bids for the construction

of the Heritage Park Pavilion

Re-Roof will be received by the

Town of Gardnerville Board at

the Town Offices, 1407 Highway

395 N, Gardnerville, NV 89410

(Issuing Office), until 4:00 PM

local time on Friday, July 15, 2022,

at which time the Bids received will

be publicly opened and read. The

Project consists of removing

existing shingles from the Pavilion

at Heritage Park as well as all

hardware for Christmas

Decorations. Furnish and install

all new asphalt shingles, fall arrest

system, mounted ladder, and

hardware for Christmas

Decorations.

2. Bid Documents may be examined

and obtained electronically via

Quest Construction Data Network

(www.questcdn.com) project

number 8228389.

3. A pre-bid conference will be held

starting at 10:00 local time on

Thursday, June 30 2022 at

Heritage Park, 1447 Courthouse

Street, Gardnerville, NV 89410.

Attendance at the pre-bid conference

is highly encouraged but is not

mandatory. The prebid meeting will

not be a traditional meeting

with all contractors together at

once. Contractors will call Erik

Nilssen at the number below and

schedule a one-hour block to gain

access to the roof and review the

existing conditions. The contractors

can ask any question during their

time. A list of questions which would

be beneficial for all bidders will

be complied after the meeting and

posted publicly. This prebid meeting

will be the contractors only opportunity

to access the roof of the pavilion. If

the roof is accessed outside of the

prebid conference the contractor

shall be considered disqualified from

bidding. See Article 6 of the

Instructions to Bidders for additional

information.

4. The Engineers estimate for this work

is $65,000.

5. No proposal will be considered unless

accompanied by a bid security in the

form of a Bid Bond in an amount not

less than five percent (5%) of the bid.

7. This project is not expected to exceed

$100,000 and therefore no public

works project number has been

requested from the office of the Labor

Commissioner. Prevailing Wage does

not apply to this project.
