APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92040
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
6th day of July 2022 Donna I. Buddington,
as Trustee under The Donna I. Buddington
Family Trust Agreement dated 24 May 2001
of Gardnerville, Nevada made application to
the State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to change the point of diversion and place of
use of 0.067425 c.f.s., 12.40 a.f.s., a portion
of water heretofore appropriated under
Permit 75531. Water will be diverted from
an underground source at a point located
within the SE1/4 NW1/4 Section 3, T12N,
R19E, MDB&M or at a point from which
the W1/4 corner of said Section 3 bears S
65 degrees 35 minutes 18 seconds W, a
distance of 1,614.00 feet (approx. 3 miles
SW of downtown Minden, NV). Water will be
used for irrigation purposes from May 1st to
October 31st of each year. The existing point
of diversion was located within the NW1/4
SW1/4 Section 2, T12N, R19E, MDB&M or
at a point from which the SW corner of said
Section 2 bears S 06 degrees 10 minutes 33
seconds W, a distance of 1,566.56 feet. Water
was used for irrigation purposes from May 1st
to October 31st of each year.
