Notice is hereby given that Scott O’Banion and Steven M. Cote are the duly appointed and qualified Successor Co-Trustees of the Cote Family 1995 Trust, u.t.d. 3/13/95, as Amended. Louis J. Cote, the Settlor of that trust died on 28 March 2022 and Carol R. Cote, Trustor of that trust died on 2 December 2021. A creditor having a claim against the Trust estate must file the claim with Scott O’Banion, 2520 San Remo, Sparks, Nevada 89434 or Steven M. Cote, P.O. Box 2003, Carson City, Nevada 89702, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
