Notice is hereby given that the undersigned

is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of

the Maureen Mack Family Trust Agreement dated

November 19, 1996, restated on September

28, 2005, and amended thereafter.

Notice is further given that Maureen F. Mack,

Settlor of that Trust, died on March 16, 2022.

A creditor having a claim against the Trust

estate must file this claim with the undersigned

at the address given below within ninety (90)

days after the first publication of this notice.
