NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
ROSEMARY CATHERINE PENDOLA has
petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and
setting aside the Estate of RONALD JAMES
DARR JR., Deceased, without administration
pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070,
and has set the matter for a hearing on 19th
day of September, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in
Department II of the Ninth Judicial District
Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set
aside to ROSEMARY CATHERINE PENDOLA,
MICHAEL JAMES DARR SR., KEVIN
PATRICK DARR SR., EILEEN THERESA
BUTTERFIELD, HANORA MARGARET
MORRIS, MARY REGINA OWENS, and
THOMAS ALOYSIUS DARR, to share and
share alike.
The matter will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not
need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
