NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that BARBARA
L. GOODSPEED was appointed and qualified
on March 29, 2022, as Special Administrator
of the Estate of RUTH MILLER ELLINGHAUS
who died on February 16, 2022. All creditors
having claims against the Estate are required
to file their claims and supporting documentation
with the Ninth Judicial District Court,
1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, NV 89423,
within 90 days after the first date of publication
of this Notice, or as otherwise provided in
NRS 147.040.
