APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90920T
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th day of August 2021 State of Nevada, Attn: Alan Jenne, Department of Wildlife of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 7.95 c.f.s. and 357.52 acres, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claims 41 and 229 of the Walker River Decree. Water will be diverted from the Walker River and its Tributaries at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 2, T13N, R25E, MDB&M, or a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 2 bears S 83 degrees 43 minutes W, a distance of 1,708.6 feet. Water will be used for environmental purposes as decreed.
