NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the currently acting Trustee of THE JACK L. RUPPERT TRUST originally established on November 14, 2016, and first amended on June 12,
2020. JACK L. RUPPERT was the Grantor and original Trustee of said Trust. JACK L. RUPPERT
died on April 24, 2021. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of JACK L. RUPPERT, must submit his or her claim to the undersigned within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
