NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CAROL ANN TURK has filed a petition to Admit Estate to Probate, For Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Summary Administra-tion of the Estate of the Decedent, RICH-ARD M. KRISTY, and has set the matter for a hearing on 21 day of June, 2021, at 1:30 a.m/p.m., in Depart-ment II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.The Petition requestsauthority to administer the estate under Inde-pendent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent adminis-tration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.The matter will be ap-proved without further hearing unless and objection is filed.
