NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that BARBARA JUNE CAMPBELL has filed a Petition For a Final Settlement of Account, for Approval of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution
And has set the matter for a hearing on this 7th day of June, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval of total attorney’s fees in the amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR AND 87/100 DOLLARS ($14,684.87), costs advanced in the amount of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
THREE AND 74/100 DOLLARS ($1,783.74) and costs anticipated in the amount of FIVE
HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($560.00).
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
