the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission
to change the point of
diversion, place and
manner of use of 0.009
c.f.s., 4.0 a.f.a. of water
heretofore appropriated
under Permit 81359.
Water will be diverted
from an underground
source at a point
located within the
SW1/4 SW1/4, Section
15, T13N, R21E,
MDB&M or at a point
from which the SW
corner of said Section
15 bears S 31 degrees
27 minutes W., a
distance of 600 feet
(approx. 8 miles E-NE
of Minden, NV). Water
will be used for wildlife
purposes from January
1st to December
31st of each year.
The existing point of
diversion was located
within the SW1/4
NE1/4 of Section 29,
T13N, R21E, MDB&M,
or at a point from which
the SE corner of said
Section 29 bears S 43
degrees 08 minutes
E, a distance of 3,789
feet. Water was used
for irrigation purposes
from January 1st to
December 31st of each
year.
