NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The public is hereby notified that DOUGLAS COUNTY LAKE TAHOE SEWER AUTHORITY will hold a Public Hearing to review and approve the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the conference room of the Wastewater Reclamation Plant, Highway 50 and Sewer Plant Road in Zephyr Cove, Douglas County, Nevada. A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Authority will begin immediately following the public hearing.
The Public Hearing and Special Meeting will concurrently be conducted via Zoom Teleconference for those who wish to participate via that option using the link, or phone number and passcode below.

The tentative budget for Douglas County Lake Tahoe Sewer Authority has been prepared in such detail and on appropriate forms as required by the Nevada Department of Taxation.
Copies of the tentative budget will be on file and available for public inspection with the County Clerk, Minden, Nevada; the Controller of the Authority, Administration Building, Wastewater Reclamation Plant, Zephyr Cove, Douglas County, Nevada; and at the office of the Nevada Department of Taxation.
In accordance with NRS 241.020, this notice has been posted in the following locations:
