Sullivan Cauley to make Bellator MMA debut

Carson Valley native Sullivan Cauley will be making his profession mixed martial arts debut Thursday, Nov. 19 at Bellator 253, as part of the Bellator MMA promotion.

Cauley, who holds a 4-2 amateur record, will be squaring up at light heavyweight (205 pounds) against a much older foe in Mark Glover (6-4) on the preliminary card.

Glover, 36, has one professional fight under his belt, which he won by TKO in the first round back in January of 2019.

According to Bellator's public relations department, Cauley recently signed an exclusive, multi-fight contract with the promotion.

Cauley, who has been training out of Arizona, is a close training partner of Bellator heavyweight champion Ryan Bader.

The fight will be in Uncasville, Connecticut and will air on CBSsports.com with the preliminary card starting at 12:45 p.m. PT.

Editor's note: Per Sullivan Cauley's father, Ron, Sullivan's fight will take place at 12:45 p.m. Thursday. Previously the fight was expected to start around 2 p.m.
