Phillip Arthur Zamora Nov 28, 1939 - Sept 27, 2019
Phillip Arthur Zamora – Born November 28, 1939 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Phillip Arthur Zamora, from Kingston, Nevada, passed away with his wife, children and extended family by his side on Sept. 27, 2019 from complications of open-heart surgery. Phillip was a long-time resident of Fallon, NV raising his family of six, volunteering and supporting the community including sports, education and church activities.
He was the proud and successful owner of a local glass business for over 40 years. Upon retirement, Phillip was able to fulfill his dream of moving to his cabin in Kingston, NV. He loved the outdoors, trapping, fishing, hunting and camping. He enjoyed them even more when his kids, grandkids and friends showed up for a weekend at the cabin. Teaching, leading and always willing, no matter how tired he was, to give tours of the mountains and land he loved and called home.
Master of all trades, the locals of Kingston knew they could count on him and they certainly did. Phillip could make anything out of nothing so there was never a challenge he wasn't willing to accept and capable of fulfilling. He will be dearly missed by all.
