Sherry Lee Funseth

December 1, 1946 - August 2, 2018

Sherry Lee Funseth, 71, died peacefully August 2, 2018 surrounded by family in her home in Fallon, NV.

Sherry was born December 1, 1946 in San Rafael, CA to William (Bill) and Anita Jane Graf.

Sherry cared deeply for all she knew and she actively performed random acts of kindness. She had a gift to put together the most beautiful words for those she loved. She was a crafter, an entertainer and an animal whisperer. She had affinity for all things that sparkled and had a contagious laugh.

She was preceded in death by her father Bill, her sister Gay Lynn and her brother Stephen.

She is survived and will be greatly missed by her husband of 32 years Richard Funseth and puppy dog Chi Chi, her mother Anita Jane, her brother Randy, son Blake (Kim) Lawson, daughters Erika Funseth and Lindsey (Jina) Funseth, grandchildren Karina, Daniel, DJ, Baby Bennett arriving soon, and great grandsons Brant and Hayden; nieces Sherry Lee, Rebecca, nephew Stephen and a number of other relatives and her BFF of 38 years Karen Rogne Capron, childhood friend Rumi Nanbu, and close friends Kathy Rogne Robertson, and Barb Rowland.

Funeral service will be held at 11am, Saturday, August 11, 2018 at The Gardens in Fallon.

In honor of Sherry please no black attire, bright and sparkly is how she wanted it.
