Presidential election: Itâs Trumpâs to lose
In âItâs hers to loseâ in the Appeal on Sept. 18, columnist Fred LaSor blames Hillaryâs serial lying for her sagging polls.
Yes, and more. Peggy Noonanâs recent Wall Street Journal column details the quarter century old Clinton scandal ritual: lie, deny, revise, claim not to remember specifics, stall for time. When it passes, call the story âold news,â sneer at âquestions that have already been answered.â
The ritual continues: Benghazi, the email scandal, and the Clinton Crime Family Foundation. Empress Hillary, to quote Mark Steyn, has no shoes; theyâre in the gutter, lost as she collapsed head first into an armored van. Weâre now on version 2.1 of Hillaryâs medical narrative.
There is no equivalency between Clintonâs criminal behavior and Trumpâs political incorrectness. Donald Trump, says Dr. James Dobson, reminds him of two rather crude historical characters, Winston Churchill and General George Patton, both great leaders.
After the most recent bombings, the ISIS inspired stabbings in Minnesota, and the attacks on police, Hillaryâs promise to continue Obamaâs reckless Syrian immigration and the Democratsâ continued coddling of the anti-cop Black Lives Matter movement, Iâd say itâs Trumpâs to lose.
