Reminder to feed horses properly
It made me cringe to see the picture of the little 6-year-old boy feeding the horse with curled fingers in the Sunday paper.
Always have your fingers out straight, parallel with your palm. Anything curled, including the thumb, could be accidentally bitten by the horse.
