Jean Lucille Slatkovski passed away peacefully on January 20, 2016. A native of Ohio, she moved to Carson City in 1967. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Emil Slatkovski. She is survived by her two children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A special thank you to The Lodge, Gentiva Hospice and Interim Healthcare for the kindness and comfort provided to Jean during her last days. No service will be held. Donations in her name can be made to the Humane Society in honor of her beloved dog, Chancy.
