North Carson Street will remain one lane in each direction.
Sophia, Ann and Washington streets to the west of Carson Street will be closed to Curry Street.
Proctor and Telegraph streets to the east of Carson Street will be closed.
Musser Street to the west of Carson Street may have delays.
Fourth and Fifth streets to the west of Carson Street will be closed.
All other side streets will be open. Parking will be available on Curry or Plaza streets.
