Paying it forward in Carson City

With the help of Ann Bollinger of Carson City Open Space, the Parks & Recreation Department and Finest Fence, Capital City C.I.R.C.L.E.S. Initiative completed a stretch of split rail fencing along Carson River Road before getting rained out last Saturday.
