Joanne Cocanour, 73, of Euless passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in Euless, Texas. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 30 at FitzHenry’s Funeral Home in Carson City, Nevada.

At 12 p.m. Tuesday March 31, a Celebration of Life service will be conducted at Calvary Chapel Carson City Christian Fellowship church. Joanne was born Feb. 20, 1942, to Jean and Mary Phillips Oberg in Evergreen Park, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Ellen Conley. Survivors: Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Gary Cocanour of Euless; daughters, Jean Ellen Remer and her husband, Greg, of Carson City, Nev., and Leanne Barker and her husband, Steve, of Columbus, Ind.; son, Daniel Cocanour of Broken Arrow, Okla.; grandchildren, Stephen, Katy, Luke, David, Zach and Katie; and great-grandson, Owen.
