Judy Rae Ozbun Willis Bagby

Judy Rae Ozbun Willis Bagby died Sunday Feb.8, 2015 at the age of 74. She was born Dec. 11, 1940 in North Bend Kansas. Judy moved to Carson City, NV in 1970 and has been a resident for 44 years. She is survived by her husband Rodney “Skip” Bagby, son Randy and wife Sherry Willis of Rogers AR, and daughter Jeri and husband Mark Irwin of Colorado Springs, CO. Judy was preceded in death by her daughters Robin Willis and Rodonna Willis. Prior to retiring she worked at Ed’s Doghouse for many years. She was known there as “Mom”. Friends said Judy was “old school” because she remembered every holiday and birthday with a card and a special note to everyone she knew. She was much loved and will be missed. There will be a Celebration of Life at 2p.m. on April 4, 2015 at Ed’s Doghouse, 3300 Airport Rd, CC, NV. Please send donations to the charity of your chose.
