Photographer Cobb was arrested and fined $10 for the beastly crime of having in his possession a photograph of his naked baby boy. Carson has been transformed into a gay, dashing town with a jaunty air of frivolity and cheerful merry making. The Capitol, depot and business houses have decorated effectively, and if the strangers who are her guest are not pleased with her personal appearance, they are devoid of common sense.

Miss Vinnie Isabel Welch and Harry B. Burkett were married in the historical Rinckle home by Judge George B. Spradlin. The couple are residents of Oakland. They were married in the spacious front parlor with Mr. and Mrs. George F. Blakesly owners of the home acting as their attendants.
