Obituary: Lora Kalkwarf Lee

Oct. 30, 1927 - Sep. 14, 2013

Lora was born on Oct. 30, 1927 in Circleville, KS and went to be with the Lord on Sep. 14, 2013 in Carson City, NV. She was a very “spirited” woman who loved many things. A long time member of the Presbyterian Church and Eastern Star, she volunteered many hours to their causes. As well she was a faithful volunteer at the Carson City Senior Center where she was on the board. Lora enjoyed playing Bridge, cooking, sewing and walking. But most of all she loved her family.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving spouse of the last 14 years, Stanley J. Lee; daughters: Lora Ann Roll, Lynda M. Plymate (Thomas), Nancy L. Fore (James), Mary J. Kalkwarf; brothers: Allen Judah (Arlene), Melvin Judah (Zenith), John Judah (Lorraine); six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Kalkwarf and brothers: Thomas Judah, Sam Judah and Louis Judah.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p. m. on Saturday, September 21st at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the

Carson City Senior Center.
