CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

TUESDAY: Italian sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, dinner salad and fruit cup.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed bell pepper over linguine, romaine Caesar salad, apple juice and bread.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour pork over rice, stir fry vegetables, Mandarin oranges and tapioca pudding.

FRIDAY: Lemon baked cod, baked potato, broccoli with cheese sauce, cinnamon applesauce and bread with margarine.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

TUESDAY: Baked fish, stewed tomatoes, coleslaw, whole wheat bread with margarine, spiced pears and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey chili, rye crackers, layered salad and apricot crisp.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour pork, chow mein, stir fry veggies, pineapple and fortune cookies.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

TUESDAY: Roma burger, romaine lettuce, corn on the cob, baked beans and cantaloupe.

WEDNESDAY: Tuna casserole, marinated tomato salad, winter blend veggies, dinner roll and lemon bars.

THURSDAY: Chicken parmesan over spinach pasta, bread sticks, orange spinach salad, California blend veggies, fruit cocktail and apple juice.

FRIDAY: Bake macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, season green beans, fruit salad and cookies.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in

Virginia City:

MONDAY: Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

TUESDAY: Fried chicken, baked potato, peas and carrots.

WEDNESDAY: Cobb salad and cake.

THURSDAY: Beef pot roast, carrots, potatoes, salad and dessert.

FRIDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans and Spanish rice.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable salad and dinner rolls.

THURSDAY: Lasagna, vegetable salad and garlic bread.

FRIDAY: Fish chips, vegetable coleslaw and biscuits.
