Three arrested after pursuit

A report of a possible stolen vehicle Sunday turned into a car chase, followed by a foot pursuit leaving three arrested in Lyon County.

At 2:52 p.m., Lyon County Dispatch received a stolen-vehicle call. Fifteen minutes later, deputies in Silver Springs located the Ford F-150 truck. Deputies tried to pull it over and the driver allegedly led deputies in a pursuit, turning left onto Main Street in Fernley, headed west toward Wadsworth.

Near the Pilot Travel Center, the truck hit a patrol vehicle and continued on, at which point Nevada Highway Patrol and Pyramid Lake Tribal Police joined in the chase. The truck crashed near the bridge in Wadsworth and three men ran from the vehicle and were taken into custody after fleeing. No injuries were reported and the names and ages were not available.
