Red’s Old 395 Grill, restaurant, 1055 S. Carson St., 97 points. Shelf-stable food items like flour and sugar were found outside their original containers and without labels. A ceiling tile was missing in the kitchen, and a vent was dusty. Lights in the syrup storage area were not shielded or shatterproof.
