The Carson High football boosters are gearing up for their annual Senators Football Kickoff Dinner on Aug. 13.
Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. and hosted by Mo & Sluggo's on Curry Street between Telegraph and Spear streets. The event will include announcement of new Hall of Fame members, dinner, music, silent auction, raffle prizes and a 32-inch flat-screen TV as a door prize. In addition, the booster club will be raffling off a Kawasaki Teryx 750 FI 4X4.
Ticket sales for this item will run through the end of the football season, including the playoffs if the team makes it. The drawing will take place after the season. Tickets for the dinner cost $25. Contact John Siembida at 691-6321 for tickets.
