Jeff Nady (Douglas '07), soph., OL, Nevada: Started in a 44-26 win over UNLV.


Parker Robertson (Douglas '08), Rfr., OL, Utah State: Did not play in a 31-16 win over BYU.


Billy Coats (Douglas '06), soph., LS, Navy: Did not play in Navy's 14-6 loss to Air Force.


Jake Peterson (Douglas '03), sr., DL, Pennsylvania: The Quakers beat Dartmouth 35-28 in overtime Saturday.


Davey Fisher (Douglas '08), soph., WR, Pacific Lutheran: The Lutes beat Puget Sound 31-28 Saturday. Fisher did not play.


Johnny Pollack (Douglas '09), fr., RB, Adams State: Red-shirting. Adams State fell to Chadron State 21-10 on Saturday.


Garrett Tenney (Douglas '09), fr., LB, Jamestown: Red-shirting. Jamestown lost to Minot State 19-14 on Saturday.


Jason Peters (Coleville '09), fr., QB/TE, Grinnell College: Grinnell improved to 4-1 for the first time since the 1999 season with a 24-21 win over Beloit Saturday. Peters, who is starting at tight end for the Pioneers, has nine catches for 84 yards on the year.


Nikolai Vasquez (Douglas '09), fr., K, Butte: Vasquez was 2-for-2 on PAT attempts and missed a field goal in a 35-13 win over College of the Redwoods last week.

Kyle Mannschreck (Douglas '05), sr., M/D/GK, Academy of Art: The Urban Knights are 5-6 on the season and 4-4 in conference play. They are currently riding a four-game win streak.


Danyelle Heidt (Douglas '08), soph., M, Biola: Biola upset No. 4 Cal Baptist 2-1 in overtime last week.


Edgar Arceo (Douglas '09), fr., F, Kenyon College: Kenyon is 8-1-1 on the year and beat Allegheny College 1-0 on Saturday. Arceo has played in all 10 of the team's games and has two goals on the season.

Colleen Carlson (Douglas '03), sr., San Diego: San Diego is 11-4 overall and 2-0 in conference play. Carlson has 32 kills, seven assists, an ace, 13 digs and 15 blocks on the year.


Mysta Townsell (Douglas '09), fr., Chicago State: Chicago State has lost its first 18 matches but Townsell earned all-tournament honors at the NIU Invitational.


Dawson Joyce-Mendive (Douglas '05), sr., Tufts: The Jumbos are 13-3 on the year and 5-0 in conference play.


Melissa Brown (Douglas '07), soph., UMass-Boston: The Beacons are 13-1 to open the season and 2-0 in LEC play. Brown has two kills and and two digs in five matches played.


Christine DuPuis (Douglas '09), fr., UMass-Boston: DuPuis has played in nine matches and has two killsl, an ace and 16 digs for the Beacons.


Taryn Williams (Douglas '08), soph., California Lutheran: The Regals have won 11 straight matches. Williams has played in two matches with an assist and nine digs.


Megan Mitchell (Douglas '08), soph., Lees-McRae: Mitchell was named the Conference Carolinas Player of the Week after leading the Bobcats to their ninth-straight win. She had 51 assists in a win over Belmont Abbey, 30 assists in a sweep of Mount Olive and 36 assists and five kills in a win over Barton. Mitchell is also currently ranked 50th in the nation among NCAA Division II schools in assists per game.


Alex Risko (Douglas '06), jr., Cal State Los Angeles: Cal State Los Angeles lost to both Cal State San Diego and Cal State East Bay last week. Risko had 13 digs combined in the two matches. The team is 6-6 overall and 3-5 in conference play.

Wade Meddles (Sierra Lutheran '09), fr., Azusa Pacific: Meddles clocked a 25:28 at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minnesota to take fourth.
