Women Entrepreneurs of Carson Valley to meet May 27

The Carson Valley Chapter of Women Entrepreneurs of the World is holding its monthly group meeting 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 27 at the Carson Valley Inn.

The group meets on the fourth Thursday each month for networking, lunch and a guest speaker.

This month's speakers are Jeanette Belz, of JK Belz and Associates, and Margaret Crowley. They will be speaking about the benefits of mediation, with an emphasis on elder care mediation. Belz holds a master's degree in business administration. She is a trained facilitator, with more than 150 hours of mediation training, including advanced mediation techniques, elder care, divorce and foreclosure mediation.

Crowley has been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 1991. She has more than 100 hours of mediation training, including specialized training in advanced mediation techniques, elder care and foreclosure mediation.
