Comedy in the Capital on Aug. 7

The high-energy, semi-scripted PG-13 stand-up comedy show is full of hysterical material about being a mom, having a mom, kids, schools, husbands, neighbors, in-laws and more.

The live stage show reinforces the distinct personas of three unlikely friends in the cul-de-sac. Despite their differences, the one thing they have in commons is they are all moms. If you have a family, want a family, or know a family, this is the show for you.

The show begins 7:30 p.m. in the second floor convention center of the Carson Nugget, 507 N. Carson St., Carson. Doors open at 7 p.m.
