Garrett Tenney of Gardnerville has been accepted to Jamestown College, Jamestown, N.D., beginning fall 2010. He is the son of Willie and Laura Tenney.
Tenney is a 2010 home school graduate who played football at Douglas.
He plans to major in business and history at Jamestown College and play football for the Jimmies. The college awarded him a trustee scholarship and football award.
Established in 1883, Jamestown College is a private, liberal arts four-year college.
