Four arrested at Incline DUI checkpoint

On Sunday evening, personnel from the Carson and Washoe County Sheriff's offices, Sparks Police Department, Washoe County School District Police Department and the Nevada Highway Patrol set up a DUI checkpoint on State Route 28 near Ponderosa.

Of the 1,840 vehicles screened, 26 drivers were directed to the secondary screening area. Of those 26, 4 were arrested for DUI and one minor was arrested and charged with being in possession/consumption of alcohol.
