'Grease' presented at Pau-Wa-Lu Middle School

Relive the summer nights and school days of the Rydell High Class of 1959 in the All City High School/Middle School production of "Grease," opening 7 p.m. tonight and performed 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. The play continues 7 p.m. Feb. 26 and 27, and 2 p.m. Feb. 28 at Pau-Wa-Lu Middle School in the Gardnerville Ranchos.

"Grease" features 43 Douglas County School District students and is directed by Pau-Wa-Lu Middle School drama instructor Rich Garrett.

Hannah Maxwell as goody two-shoes Sandy and Braeden Garrett as Danny the Burger Palace Boys leader sing "You're the One that I Want." Brynn Garrett as Rizzo sings "(Look at Me, I'm) Sandra Dee."

Teen Angel Jason Frogget sings "Beauty School Dropout" to Frenchy, played by Melody Ricketts. The Pink Ladies and Burger Palace Boys sing and dance to "Greased Lightning."

Have photos taken with cast members at a barbecue dinner of burgers or hot dogs, chips, soda and ice cream for $5.
