Davila sentenced to life without parole

A Seattle television station is reporting that the woman who killed Timothy and Randi Miller was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Ivette Davila also received a reduction in rank to E-1, loss of all pay and a dishonorable discharge, according to KING-5 News.

Davila pleaded guilty to two counts of murder and one count of kidnapping on Monday, avoiding the death penalty in the March 2, 2008, murders.

Timothy Miller's mother, Tami Gray, is in Washington and testified along with other family members on Monday.
