Most reject Walmart

I may be only 13 but I have something to say about this Walmart thing. First, I love living in a small town community. All these small businesses don't need to be shut down because of something that most people don't want here. Second, I've read some of these letters to the editor and 95 percent are about why they don't want a Wal-Mart or don't need a Walmart.

I agree 100 percent with these people. Finally, I think that the Record-Courier should put a poll on their Web site, just to see the people's choice. It might prove something, it might not, but I know that it would be the right thing to do. In the end it's this town that has to deal with its choices.
