Thanks for 4-H support

EDITOR:

Members, leaders and staff of Douglas County 4-H would like to extend their sincere appreciation for the support of these community businesses for our annual Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch (co-sponsored by the parks and recreation department). Our event on Oct. 3 at Lampe Park was a huge success serving approximately 2,000 people and putting smiles on the faces of Douglas County kids. We are honored to have each of you as our partners each year.

Ace Hardware, Barone and Reed, Big Daddy's Bicycles & Fitness, Carson Valley Inn, Dainty Nails, Dicks Fuller O'Brien Paints, Douglas County 4-H Projects, Douglas County Parks & Recreation, Douglas County Sheriff's Office, child safety seat inspections, FFA of Douglas High School, Joe Benigno's Tree Service, JT Basque Bar & Dining Room, Melvin's Car Wash, Northwest Martial Arts, Partnership of Community Resources, TATU, Papa Murphy's, Pet Sitters Plus, Russell's Mercantile, Sandy's Family Salon, Smokey the Bear, NDF, Studio Vogue, Sun King Window Tinting and Tumbleweeds Gymnastics.

4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship and life skills.
