4-H Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch Oct. 3

4-H member Griffin Frensdorff helps get the fun run off to a great start. The Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch sponsored by Douglas County Parks & Recreation is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Lampe Park in Gardnerville. Events include costume contest, horse rides, face painting, fun run, petting zoo and carnival games. Information, 782-9828.
