A memorial service is 10 a.m. Saturday at Carson Valley Christian Center for nine-year Minden resident Paul Evans Dallas Jr., 43, who died May 9, 2009, in an airplane crash.
Born March 13, 1966, in Panorama City, Calif., to Paul and Carol Dallas, he married Teri (Tout) Dallas in June 1991 in Simi Valley, Calif.
He worked as a sales associate at the Home Depot for 19 years.
Mr. Dallas enjoyed off-roading, motocross racing and Nascar.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife Teri; sons Tod Eggimann of Mesa, Ariz., and Parker Dallas of Minden; daughter Paige Dallas of Minden; mother Carol (Ronnie) Russell; mother-in-law Judith (Tom) Everton of Camarillo, Calif.; uncle Ransom Coates of Prescott, Ariz.; sister Brandi (Jon) Meade of Prescott, Ariz.; one grandchild; five nieces and five nephews.
Cremation will take place at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
