Douglas County Social Services was evacuated at about 11:40 a.m. after all three heat alarms went off at the same time.
According to dispatch personnel, the building is located at 1133 Spruce St.
No fire or smoke was seen by those reporting the fire alarm.
The alarm went off as maintenance was replacing lightbulbs in the building.
Medics are also responding to an address in Chichester Estates for an unconscious woman.
