Douglas County Republicans are seeking donations of items for the silent auction at their annual Lincoln/Reagan Day celebration and fundraiser, to be held 4:30 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Carson Valley Inn.
The celebration will feature guest speaker Ronald W. Reagan Presidential Library & Museum Volunteer and Visitor Services Supervisor Carol A. Cohea.
This year's celebration will feature a no-host bar and reception which will include food stations.
The cost is $25 per person.
Social and light refreshments available at 5:30 p.m. at Carson Valley Inn. Reservations must be made by Feb. 10.
Auction donations may be dropped off at Republican Headquarters 1516 Hwy 395, Suite G, Gardnerville, on Thursdays or Sundays from noon - 4 p.m.
