An accident at on the Bodie Flats side of Jakes Hill along Highway 395 occurred late Wednesday night.
Two helicopters ambulances responded to the wreck that involved at least two vehicles at about 11:40 p.m.
Witnesses said the helicopters landed and took away the injured. Traffic was light, but was backed up due to the accident.
The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
