Douglas High School is selling "Beat Carson" T-shirts for $10 at the school Monday through Friday. Students can buy them at the school and anyone interested in a shirt can call Karen Lamb at 782-5136, ext. 1103, or come by the school after 2:15 p.m.
Douglas will host varsity basketball games against Carson on Friday, Feb. 13. Girls' basketball tips off at 5:15 p.m. with the boys starting at 7 p.m.
The Douglas High School leadership class is hosting events all week at lunch, as well as, dress up days.
- Monday, Feb. 9, camo day, bobbing for apples
- Tuesday, Feb. 10, nerd day, arm wrestling competition
- Wednesday, Feb. 11, orange/crazy hair day, brownie bite eating contest
- Thursday, Feb. 12, college shirt day, mini hoops contest
- Friday, Feb. 13, spirit/letterman's day, car smash
