Justice Jim EnEarl appointed lawyer Matt Ence to represent Antonio Wood, 23, who is being held without bail on a California hold.

Amended charges were filed against Wood on Feb. 4 who now faces nine felonies.

Wood is charged with four counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, principal to trafficking in controlled substances, burglary with a deadly weapon, ex-felon in possession of a firearm and theft.
