HIV positive immigrants?

EDITOR:

Again our president has amazed us with his lack of foresight. Now he has opened our borders to HIV positive people. Will insurance companies be forced to insure these people at our expense?

Since he isn't there much, he should just house them in the White House and pay their medical costs out of his own pocket. They can feed themselves out of Michelle's White House garden.
